Membership & Giving

  • Joining is simple. Visit the Golden Eagle Club page and choose your desired giving level. Once your gift is received, your membership is activated, and benefits begin immediately.

  • Membership levels vary based on annual giving amounts, with benefits that include priority seating, premium parking, and exclusive event invitations. Full details are available at the Golden Eagle Club page.

  • Through both The Golden Eagles Club and Champions Clubs, you can support a specific team. However, NCAA rules do not allow direct donations to individual players. NIL partnerships through the Golden Eagle Collective with businesses are the only way to directly support specific student-athletes.

Payment & Processing

  • Yes. Recurring payments can be made monthly or annually. This option helps spread your commitment across the year.

  • Contributions to the Golden Eagle Club and Champions Clubs are made through the Tennessee Tech Foundation and qualify as tax-deductible. Donors will receive a receipt for every transaction. Golden Eagle Collective contributions are not tax-deductible, as they are business marketing transactions. As with any charitable gift, we recommend consulting with your tax preparer or accountant for more specific information.

  • Online Contributions: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Offline Contributions: Checks, cash or stocks are always accepted.
Please make checks payable to Tennessee Tech University Foundation (fund designation in the memo line) and mail to:

    Tennessee Tech University Foundation
    PO Box 1915
    Cookeville, TN 38505

Matching Gift: Many companies offer matching gift programs for university donations. If you need assistance in determining if your company will match a donation, please contact us at 931-372-6102

Planned Giving/Long –Term Pledges: If you are interested in supporting the Tennessee Tech Athletics Department with this type of donation, please contact Tiff Rector, Executive Director for Planned Giving, at 931-372-3159

Endowments: Ensure the future of Tech Athletics with a gift to the Athletics Endowment Fund. Opportunities exist to name an endowment in a specific sport or contribute to other areas of endowment through cash, bequests, trusts, or life insurance policies. Endowed gifts provided ongoing benefits for the Tennessee Tech athletic programs. Contact  Bobby Taylor, Associate AD for Athletic Development at (931) 372-6228.

NIL & Collective

  • The Golden Eagle Collective is Tennessee Tech’s official NIL collective. It connects businesses with student-athletes for marketing partnerships, including appearances, endorsements, and social media campaigns.

  • All current Collective memberships will transition into Golden Eagle Club memberships to provide more robust benefits. Donors will be notified of this change and will have the ability to opt out.

  • The Golden Eagle Collective provides a distinct avenue for businesses to partner directly with student-athletes. Revenue sharing supports all student-athletes broadly, while the Collective allows targeted marketing partnerships that benefit both companies and players.

  • Collective contributions are structured as marketing transactions, not charitable gifts. Many businesses deduct these expenses as marketing or advertising write-offs as they receive promotional value in return.

  • Arrangements can be with individual student-athletes, groups of players, or even an entire team, depending on the structure of the agreement. The Collective works with businesses to create the right fit based on marketing goals.

  • Any co-branded product or promotional campaign featuring Tennessee Tech student-athletes must be arranged through the Golden Eagle Collective. This ensures compliance with NCAA and university policies while protecting both the business and the athletes.

Tickets & Seating

  • Coming in 2026 with the new football stadium, Golden Eagle Club contributions will directly influence priority points, which determine seating assignments and access to high-demand games and events. Your contribution for the 2025 season will influence your giving history for 2026 priority points.

  • Yes. Priority seating and parking are reserved for Golden Eagle Club members based on their giving level and priority points.

  • Assignments will be based on a combination of giving level, consecutive years of membership, and availability.

Benefits & Experiences

  • Exclusive events are primarily hosted with the Champions Club for each sports program. Additional annual events for the Golden Eagle Club will also be hosted.

  • Yes. Champions Clubs are sport-specific and offer insider access such as film sessions, dinners with coaches, practice access and more. The Golden Eagle Club and Presidents Club benefits are separate from contributions to the Champions Clubs.

  • Members will receive invitations to member-exclusive events via email with RSVP instructions. Parking passes, tickets, and other items will be distributed electronically or by mail.

impact

  • All contributions directly support scholarships, facilities, student-athlete services, program enhancements, and revenue-sharing obligations. From the Golden Eagle Club, you can direct your donation to a particular program.

  • Unless designated to a specific sport of your choosing, Golden Eagle Club contributions are allocated across all athletic programs at the discretion of the coaches and the Athletic Director.

  • Every dollar directly impacts student-athletes and the future of Golden Eagle Athletics, providing scholarships, improving facilities, enhancing recruiting, and elevating the overall student-athlete experience.
